Beautiful views and great place for a family stay

It’s a lovely place with everything well thought of. Both my kids enjoyed the facilities that were there. The swimming pool, sauna, lovely walks around the area, beautiful outdoor play area for children with an amazing Mountain View’s. Lovely view from our balcony. The staff are extremely helpful and wonderful all throughout. My young daughter enjoyed the kids activities that was carefully planned over the Christmas time. We had a really memorable and enjoyable time. We are close to the slopes. We will definitely come back.

We haven’t been to the main restaurant as it is always full. The other restaurant has very limited choices for meals and since not much options that are close by, we have to travel a bit of a distance to get a decent dinner. Christmas dinner options was underwhelming, it could have been done better in terms of what they offer as mains, etc. Apart from that, we had a lovely time.

There is no sufficient parking space- way too many nights I had to park far away from the Residence- walking back on the street on my own- and I have two kids on my own- I had to leave the children alone - it is not a situation that customers should be put in. clearly it is a known issue because the staff told me they all knew about it and yet, when I checked in nothing was (obviously) mentioned to me about lack of parking space. We were there with fiends and they had the same issue and same frustration. For this reason I would not recommend the property to any friend. It cannot be such an uncomfortable position to be in.

Location was amazing as well as the hotel itself in terms of layout and the space. Very family friendly.

If you’re staying in the residence you don’t get a ‘hotel’ service, for example, we asked for clean towels and were not given them. Had to pay and extra €5 per towel. I was told if I wanted clean towels I could wash them. I just don’t think that’s right.

Nice location and friendly staff, but rooms need improvement

I appreciated that the property had both an indoor and outdoor playground, which is perfect for families with children. The reception staff were kind and welcoming, always ready to help. The location was nice too – situated in a quiet panoramic area about 10 minutes by car (around 2 km) from the center of Cavalese, offering peace and beautiful surroundings.

Unfortunately, the room was disappointing. There was an unpleasant smell, the overall condition of the room and the bed were not very comfortable, and the level of cleanliness left much to be desired. Breakfast was just average, with limited variety and nothing particularly special. Overall, the property did not meet my expectations.

Small Rooms with OK beds, Great Kids Club, TERRIBLE food options

The kids club at this property is lovely, fully equipped and large. There is an indoor pool with a slide that our kids really enjoyed, although the pool was extremely over chlorinated. Sauna is also very nice. However, the steam and turkish bath were not accessible because "the girl who works there went away". What a great answer for a guest to receive after inquiring about it.

I really wanted to like this place. The price was reasonable given the facilities. HOWEVER, half the facilities were closed and so was the restaurant which NOBODY told us upon booking and so was the spa area... only one sauna near the pool. So there was no breakfast except for coffee and croissant and the only thing available for lunch AND dinner was pizza. Not a fruit or vegetable in sight. The hotel is not situated anywhere close to a place where you can walk to another restaurant or supermarket. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. especially for families with kids. The property should have immediately communicated that there was no breakfast options and very limited food. Had we known, we would have chose another place. we had to go to the supermarket multiple times. And what's terrible was that there was ONE server for the whole pizzeria and during breakfast. It was like watching slave labor. The girl Rosario was absolutely lovely but it was clear she was overwhelmed. I felt very bad for her. Until this property, can improve their food service and offerings, I would SKIP it.

Very pleasant location, quite and remote area, great views. Nice bar and restaurant.

Small room with worn-out kitchenette. No cleaning utensils were provided. Sunken bed. Room was not cleaned up during the entire stay. Parts of the hotel quite worn-out, needing renovation. Difficulties with finding parking place near the hotel. Ski room had no boot dryers.

perfect spot for activities with kids

only regret is we didn’t book more days! perfect setting for a vacation for a family with kids with both many on-site activity and off-site. would definitely come back again for an extended stay and make use of the many offers they have! apartments were spacious and well-equipped

Great place to stay with family and small kids. Swimming pool and the kids playing area were fantastic. Reasonable price and friendly staff. We will return again.

Great resort to stay with kids, the swimming pool and kids playing area were fantastic. Price very reasonable and nice and friendly staff. We will return for sure.

Great place for family!

Very good appartment - ca 30m2 with kitchen (well equipped) and bathroom. Working central heating so all ski stuff were getting dry very fast. In the same building we had a swimming pool and SPA/Gym Center so it was wonderfull. Swimming pool very nice and dry sauna either. Respect for the lady providing "Aufguss" she is better and better every day:)

The hotel is in a beautiful location. Everything was clean. Friendly staff at reception. The hotel has a great pool with sauna. Except for the waiters' behavior, we liked the hotel.

Personal in the restaurant was uncomfortable. The waitresses had a problem serving us and they were making grins on us. It spoiled the overall impression of the hotel. I think they shouldn't afford it. It has never happened to us.

super lyžovačka v době olympiády

Byli jsme přesně v době, kdy byla v Cavalese olympiáda. Lepší lyžovačku jsme nezažili (skoro prázdné sjezdovky, luxusní sníh až do odpoledne, počasí super, teploty pod 0, prostě jsme si to fakt užili. Hotel byl poloprázdný (média zafungovala:-)), lyžárna (i když se nezamyká) je přímo u nástup do skibusu, lyžárna cca 50m od vchodu, skibus jede konečná-konečná (Cermis) cca 12 minut, fakt super spojení, auto jsme vůbec nepoužili. Skvělé snídaně od vajíček, sýrů, uzenin, sladkého, možnost udělat si smoothies, dostatek ovoce i zeleniny. Večer možnost pizzy za standardní ceny, nic přepáleného. Pokoje standardní, na přespání stačilo, kuchyňský kout dostačující, K dispozici menší bazén a společná sauna, my jsme si připlatili pouze 10 EUR/osobu a šli do privátnější sauny na vyšší úrovni se skvělou odpočívárnou, párou a nápoji (voda + čaj), dostali jsme si i ručníky.

obsluha v pizzerii - trvalo to, na zaplacení jsme čekali 15 minut, i když jsme byli u kasy, úplně to obsluhu nebavilo :-). co teda hodně špatné je wifi, ani data moc nefungovala

Non mi è piaciuto che la piscina essendo per bambini era molto fredda e l’ambiente per niente caldo.. anche per adulti era freddo immagina per i bambini .. si lamentavano tutti.. Bella la serata della baby dance peccato che il volume delle casse era da discoteca e anche qui essendoci bambini, anche piccoli, piu di una volta alcuni genitori chiedevano di abbassare l’audio ma senza successo !! Praticamente impossibile stare nella sala

Sehr schlechter Service

Tolle Lage, gepflegte Außenanlage mit nettem Spielplatz und Tieren. Der Kidsclub mit Klettermöglichkeiten und das Schwimmbad mit Rutsche und angenehmen Temperaturen.

Wir haben drei Apartments gebucht. Auf der Homepage wurde angegeben, dass Frühstück und Halbpension jederzeit vor Ort dazugebucht werden können. Eine Woche vor Anreise hieß es dann plötzlich, es gäbe nur noch limitierte Plätze – obwohl wir sofort reagiert haben, war am Ende jegliche Verpflegung ausgebucht. Besonders problematisch war das für uns, da wir mit drei Kindern gereist sind und auf Frühstück sowie schnelles, unkompliziertes Essen angewiesen waren. Auf unsere Beschwerden wurde kaum reagiert oder wir wurden lediglich auf das à-la-carte-Restaurant vor Ort verwiesen. Das Frühstück dort war jedoch äußerst dürftig: hauptsächlich Croissants, kaum Auswahl, nur ein einziges herzhaftes Gericht, das teilweise nicht verfügbar war. Gesunde Optionen gab es nicht. Trotz mehrfacher Hinweise und Beschwerden hat sich nichts geändert, und der Hotelmanager hat kein persönliches Gespräch gesucht. Und auch die viel zu kleinen Appartments sind unserer Meinung für Selbstverpflegung nicht gut ausgestattet. Es hat an allem gefehlt. Der Service insgesamt war sehr schlecht: lange Wartezeiten, teilweise Ignorieren der Gäste, auch mit Kindern. Dieser Eindruck zog sich durch den gesamten Aufenthalt. Wir haben selten einen so enttäuschenden Service erlebt.

È stata una settimana favolosa, posizione dell’hotel strategica … l’appartamento dotato di tutto, bellissimo l’arredamento e letto comodissimo. Animatori fantastici e tutto il personale gentile e cordiale. Area giochi per bambini grandissima e attrezzata … piscina favolosa. Consiglio a tutti coloro che hanno bambini per trascorrere giorni felici.

Lo risceglierei

Bellissima vacanza nella Val di Fiemme. Hotel pulito, organizzato bene e con uno staff cortese. Buon punto di partenza per tante escursioni.

Se dovessi fare un appunto negativo direi che cambierei i cuscini dei letti, troppo sottili e morbidi per i miei gusti. Metterei negli armadi anche dei cuscini diversi.

Musica altissima fino a tarda ora che impedisce di dormire. - Più che in Trentino sembrava di essere un villaggio turistico di Ladispoli. - Wi-Fi molto scarso - Scarsità di parcheggi: dopo una certa ora diventa difficile trovare un parcheggio nelle vicinanze
