Beautiful apartment, located 100m from the beach and in the center of Metamorfosi, opposite the pine forest. The apartment is new, inside is beautifully decorated and everything is new . It has a large terrace, air conditioning, equipped kitchen. The wifi is excellent and fast. Praise to the woman who cleans there, she kept the studio spotlessly clean every day. The owners are very nice people and kind, ready to help whenever you need something. Big greetings to the owners of the object .

Big and good bed. Nice shower. A lot of parking nearby. Really central location. Very calm and quiet. We didn't use the kitchen, except for the fridge. Big room and balcony.

Check-in was a bit strange but we went up to the top floor and there we found a lady to do the check-in.

Perfect place to rest.

Friendly and helpful hosts, great location. The room is right opposite a park with pine trees, each morning you wake up inhaling the mix of sea air and the aroma of pine trees. I will visit again.

WiFi was a bit slow in the room, but the hosts are working on it to make it better.

no wash machine and one day before we check out they left us without water . it wasn’t their fault but i don’t make business with the mayor and I have a small baby that I can’t bath . anyway they were very good on everything else .

The studio was spacious, the kitchenette was pretty standard and equiped. The windows had blinds, so you could have complete darkness for sleeping. The landlords were friendly and accommodating. The wifi is fine, I think it was something around 30/5 Mbps.

The water tap in the bathroom was splashing. A nice addition to the kitchen would be a cutting knife, and maybe a cutting board. We had been provided with a baby crib, but without a mattress.

NIce stay as ever in Greece. Unforgettable scenery, people, and genius loci.

Top of the hill location with pine park in front of balcony. Nearby small shops and the ATM. Street rather quiet. Hosts friendly and helpful. BIG plus - 230V socket on the balcony - it is small thing but important. Kitchenette with enough items to cook well. Comfy beds - upholstery and mattresses clean a fit. Spacious lavatory with only minor maintenance issues like toothbrush shelve attachment over the handbasin being half broken, or very convenient little clotheshorse being in a way of the door, loose in a wall attachment and loosing it spokes. The tap water flow sufficient with rather unstable temperature and varying throughout the day. The apartment was very clean and tidy. The building is nice and well devised.

Small minus on the place - the nearby beach is NOT near and it would be frank to admit it. The short way comprises descending a huge stairway with high steps or taking quite a long way around with steep roads. It is Metamorfosi problem though, not the accommodation itself, however booking lists 60m which is in no way near the reality. 112m is the shortest air distance to the sea, but you'll find hundreds of meters wide drop-off several meters deep there (thankfully) with municipal guard-rail which is definitely not supposed nor wise to trespass. The beach is rather small, and you'll get no meals there. Another minus of the village itself - no supermarket except of very small general stores. Cigarettes only in one shop down the hill, close to the beach. Getting good butter wasn't easy this time and i succeeded on fourth try only. The restaurants weren't plentiful but it still was Greece, and the cuisine was excellent as ever. Pity that the one closest to the beach stairway with excellent outlook on the sea had only limited set of meals, mostly fast food though still of faultless quality.

Homelike and comfortable apartment near the sea

Great location near the sea, quiet and peaceful place near the forest but also a walking distance away from the central street of the town which has restaurants cafes and other activities. The reception works 24/7, the owners are really kind and welcoming. A clean kitchen with all the equipment wad also present.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Lage ist großartig, ruhige und sehr saubere Unterkunft. Komfortabel, geräumige Zimmer und bequeme Betten, gereinigte und gewechselte Bettwäsche und Handtücher,kleine Küche mit Kühlschrank. Klimaanlage ist super. Das WLAN war sehr gut. Nahe am Meer, Geschäften, Cafés und Restaurants. Tolle Lage,gegenüber einem Park mit Pinien, seitlicher Meerblick von Balkon. Viele freie Parkplätze vorhanden.
