I saw lots of bad reviews on this place and was sceptical... Well I was very surprised!! Staff friendly and breakfast was basic but free and hit the spot ! If you are wanting finer things don't book here but if you're looking for budget friendly and great location and views that are amazing this is your place !

Only thing that we didn't like but dealt with it was the stairs (us being on top floor) but really we only walked them twice a day when leaving and coming 😊

Tout le personnel de jours comme de nuit super gentil Notre chambre se trouvait au 4eme étage sans ascenseur et escaliers étroit,j'ai demandé qu'on nous change de chambre au premier Parfait A 5 km a peu près du centre ville de patong 300 bath pour y aller Une belle plage a 300 mètres avec location de chaises longues et parasols pour 100 bath par personne

La salle de bain pas propre, le matelas on s'enfonce et a ressort Les transat de la piscine tous troué on ne peut même pas s'assoir Le spa fermé

I'm writing to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent stay at this hotel. Despite the owner's kindness who help me change the date of check inn , the staff's behavior was unacceptable. Upon checking inn immediately, I requested the staff to look into the air conditioning as it wasn't cooling properly. Initially, they ignored my request. When I insisted, one staff member rudely told me, "You book 5-star hotel, why come here?" This kind of response is uncalled for. I asked for a refund, wanting to switch hotels due to the discomfort. The staff seemed uncoordinated, ignoring each other's instructions. The hotel's staff need training in customer service and being polite to guest.
