nothing
old furniture, cold rooms, lack of hot water, bad duvet, wait for the elevator is too long, not the cleanest, not worth the money.

Rooms are fine, warm, and clean. Soft bed and a lot of space in the bathroom. Nice view from the balcony.
The personnel is nice. Fine and cheap breakfast and dinner at the cafe.
Additional cost per pet.

The water was cold. I payed 1000 grivnas, and was asked to pay for the key 250 grivnas, I cheked out before 12:00, at the desk the girl diz not payed back 250 grivnas, and payed back only when I asked, I was at the bar to havê coffe, and more, the cost was 716 grivnas, it is to give back more 36 grivnas. It's a very small amour, but..... .
