Everything was clean, the room was big, the toiletries were provided

No noise cancellation so it was quite noisy in the morning

Good location and overall facilities

Child-size toilets and no mosquito nets. Questionable beds quality, matrass particularly. Single pillow.

The room was very spacious and bright, internet and air-conditioning working well. I liked the location slightly outside the centre as it forced us to walk more and the stroll along the Uzh river is actually very pleasant. The convenience store and the wonderful Georgian restaurant Inzhir in the relative vicinity (5-7min walk) were an added plus. Many breakfast options, good!

Despite being a non-smoking room, the room smelt like old cigarette smoke. Even keeping windows open or the air conditioning couldn’t much help with that. Carpet floors are not really used in modern hotels anymore as they are impossible to keep properly clean. A medium investment but probably worth it over time! Please fix the curtains (and wash them) in room 3, as they didn’t quite allow to darken the room. The fruit jam at breakfast tasted quite artificial and I couldn’t make out what fruit it was supposed to represent. In times where people search for authenticity and to reduce sugar intake, maybe a better jam could go a long way.

Fancy Pop-Art style hotel in a quiet area, just a short walk along away from the old town centre, with all major attractions. Room and bathroom were both very clean and comfortable. Stuff was welcoming and very nice & helpful, despite of the war. I can definitely recommend this place! I liked the design and people!
