Its super cheap with basic breakfast included. The staff are super nice and friendly. The water flow was great and hot. Its one block away from the obelisk.
Considering how much I paid, I liked everything. Thr hotel is a bit dated and everything could be improved. But all in all, it is very good

The location was very good, close to the venue (Luna Park) and it had stores, coffee shops and restaurants near by. The room was clean and breakfast was included.
It was an old property with little maintenance.
