The hotel is a set of scattered town houses rather than one big building. It gives a feeling of privacy and intimacy. The mountain view rooms in the 5xx range are even bigger than the rooms from 8xx range with direct access to an extra swimming pool. the mountain view is stunning. A very important topic for me - music. That was the best swimming pool playlist I've ever experienced. Not a dumb "lounge beat", but a collection of tasteful songs, including some older French and Italian dreamy tunes from 60s and 70s. Kudos to the person who put efforts into it. Such a great contrast with some other resorts. I'm more than thankful for that! The staff is the friendliest staff we've ever seen. Always there to help! Areti deserves a raise for her brilliant pancakes - always tasty and quick. The sea view over the swimming pool is a million dollar view. Never seen anything like that before. The restaurant and the bars provide great food and drinks. Fantastic coffee in the bar. All the guests were well behaving and respectful. It literally couldn't be better. The seaside is fantastic too. We didn't like chicken gyros though. But pizza and drinks were amazing! Thank you to the whole team for the experience!

I'd recommend fixing the noisy external A/C block adjacent to the room 538. It's a pity that otherwise flawless room gets some noise from there when a neighbours' A/C is working. Maybe its not as issue for many, but I struggled to sleep before we were moved to another room (again, thanks to the staff for that!).

We enjoyed every minute.All staff were so friendly and willing to help.we all loved the beach buggy and pools were great.the aqua dance and gym was so good and we made fun memories together doing that..the crepes lady and gents and reception staff and bar staff were all brilliant.cleaning ladies too did great job.Beach facilities great and they make great iced coffees..would not hesitate to return

Entertainment was great.had 2 teenage girls so maybe a bit more modern music on the mic night..but that's only a suggestion not a complaint The kareoke and night entertainment staff were great also..

Hotel is convenient for families. Me and my husband we had to work during our stay and our children were very happy with the kid's club activities.

There were few little issues here and there but the receptionist handled it very well and quickly which we appreciated a lot.

The staff were friendly

Very hilly, not good for pushchairs despite being targeted at family’s. A long walk to the beach and no snack bar by the pool. Entertainment was poor
