Great place for a city break.

Central location but still quiet at night. Lovely couple running it. Parking costs covered by the hotel.

Cosy but very convenient to all facilities.

Close to the train station & very close to everything so location was great.

It was a hotel so just being in one room for 4 adults is a little cosy, but ok for 1 night. No lift stairs to the room only. Glad we were on the first floor!

Reasonable

The location (really fantastic) and the shower.

We stayed in a room on the fourth floor and didn't realize that the hotel didn't have an elevator. The rooms are very simple and you can hear everything from the rooms next door. It seemed like the walls were made of slatted wood. I thought the rating was too high for the place, compared to other hotels we've stayed at.

The location was good. Very near to the old town

Clever use of cameras for photos as they make the hotel look better than it is. Our rooms were disappointing, dark and small, not like the ones in the photos. No tea or coffee making tray.

In the room #327 the noise was not great. Lots of moving around and stomping/noise from above late into the night both . Not even sure what all was happening at those hours! Also the bathroom door wouldn’t stay open or closed and was noisy/creeky/eerie and wouldn’t stay open or closed, seriously a little oil would fix and you can’t tell me housekeeping didn’t know. The toilet dripped for sometime after flushing and some compressed/pump would turn on and off when your trying to go to sleep. I guess if you’re sensitive to noise try another place? Maybe just our room?

Not their fault but the partnered bike rental store first didn’t honor the hotel discount, then told me bikes were all booked after I had the hotel staff call for me to confirm the policy and came back to the store.

A very charming and functional little hotel located in the city center.

Everything was very good, location, facilities, room size, decoration. Parking 100m from the hotel at a reasonable price. Netflix included.

The cushions were hard and not comfortable. There is no breakfast included. You can buy something in the cafe downstairs but only as of 9 am and it looks that all they have are sweets. They look great though. We were not able to find a place for breakfast early except coffee. As there is a kitchen and coffee machine you could prepare something there.

Good old fashioned place to stay in the centre of Annecy. Some problems with our credit cards.

Old fashioned hotel in central position. Friendly staff.

They refused to accept my credit card to guarantee the booking. Eventually they accepted my husband’s card. They took 50 euro deposit from it and did not return it until a week after we left. They would not let us use the 50 euros as part of our payment for the room.

Comfortable and cozy hotel. Location excellent. Situated opposite the station. Walking distance to the old town and lake. Very friendly staff. Nice restaurant across the street and there is a bakery near the hotel.

Pleasant

Woken up at 1am buy the heater in the en-suite coming on! Very noisy and couldn't see how to switch it off!! Had to call reception who came and eventually turned it off. This was pointed out to the receptionist who didn't apologize and offered no compensation for our inconvenience.

Good location, bad internet and uncomfortable parking

Location is perfect - only 5m walk from Railway Station of Annecy. A lot of places for breakfast and dinner around. Ancient city center is available by walk.

Breakfast is very expensive. Parking is too complicated - actually they give you a ticket to city undergroud parking from 19h to 7h. All the time between you need to pay yourself. and the parking locates in 10 min walk from hotel, which is not very practical. They do not have elevator - you need to go up by stairs with all your luggage. Wifi connection is terrible.

A small hotel near the train station. Very good location. Nice rooms. Amazing and friendly reception staff [thanks to Sarah for her help and advices] Elevator to make it easier to get to the floor with luggage. Nice bathroom. There are towels and shower gel. and you can leave your luggage in special room after check out.

For two days I lived in a room on the 4th floor and the Internet was not working well
