Lovely location and room was very nice.
Heating had a small issue and needs more staff at times. We had to wait quite a while to check in.

Location was good
For a 4star hotel bedroom was quite basic , no shelf or tumblers in the bathroom , lighting very dim. Card access to room didn’t work initially .
