Pleasant, pretty view and good food for dinner
I enjoyed the view from the dining room for breakfast/ dinners. The pool is very updated and the rocky beach is only a 5min walk down the hill with a grass tanning area
When we arrived our room smelly very strongly of bleach and chlorine which was not pleasant:/ we assume it was coming through the floor because the pool was under our room. We asked for a different room and they declined. Also some of the floorboards in our room were coming up and were very uneven.

Fabulous location on Lake Garda
Great location. Beautiful lake view. Gargnano is a lovely little town. We loved the quiet walk into town along a pedestrian path. Hotel staff all extremely friendly.

I'd struggle to find a problem with our stay, the only thing I can think of was a problem with the hairdryer, but that was quickly sorted by the hotel staff.

The hotel is nice, but not spectacular.
The deluxe room was excellent and the breakfast very good. Staff were brilliant. There were lots of nice touches in the room like beach towels etc.
The views from the rooms aren't great as the trees are blocking them in quite a few instances.

We loved the hotel and the location and would definitely return.
The hotel is beautiful and peaceful and we enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and amazing views. We had two rooms and the double on floor two was much nicer than the twin on floor 1 although that one had the best view. The breakfast was just right with a wide choice of quality foods and not an overwhelming amount. The staff at breakfast were always polite helpful and friendly. The rooms were always serviced perfectly. We are pleased we chose a less touristy destination than some of the towns around the lake. We could have easily stayed for longer!
We requested the safe to be mended in one of our rooms on two occasions but this wasn’t resolved by the end of our stay. Fortunately we had two rooms so were able to use the other safe to keep our passports and jewellery in .
