Pullman Hanoi

The Breakfast spread was amazing! So much of variety and cuisine :) and all were very fresh. Staffs were very friendly at both the restaurant and reception area.

Excellent location. Very friendly, helpful staff. Reasonable price.

Awkward to exit via the car park to get onto Cat Linh. Toilet in my room didn’t work very well.

My only complaint about the property was that I’d stayed at the property for seven nights and when I checked in, I paid for the full state and the front desk person told me that if I had any other chargers to the room or at the bar, I can just pay this on checkout which I had a couple of beers at the Ball one night and the staff said unfortunately we can charge us and then I had one of the front desk girls come over complaining that I never left at deposit. The hotel really needs to look after guests that are staying there longer than one night and I did manage to get this sorted out but only if I asked to speak to the GM then everybody was jumping up and down. I wanted to know why I want to see the hotels GM.
