Sao Mai Boutique Hotel

As a traveler from Europe, I was impressed by the quality of service at Sao Mai Boutique Hotel. The location is ideal for exploring the city and nearby attractions. My room was spacious and quiet, providing excellent comfort after long days of sightseeing. The breakfast buffet offered delicious local specialties. The staff were very attentive and helpful. I especially appreciated the large lobby area and excellent Wi-Fi coverage throughout the property.

I chose Sao Mai Boutique Hotel after comparing several hotels online, and I'm glad I did. The welcome at reception immediately made me feel comfortable. My room was prepared well and looked spotless. The mattress was supportive enough for a great night's sleep. Breakfast was always fresh and nicely presented each morning. I especially appreciated how quietly the hotel was managed. Even during busier periods, the atmosphere stayed relaxed. The internet connection remained stable throughout my stay, which was helpful for planning my daily activities. Housekeeping did an excellent job every afternoon. Every part of the hotel felt well maintained. The experience was consistently pleasant from beginning to end. I'd happily return on my next visit to Hanoi.

I honestly don't have much to complain about. The hotel looked exactly like the photos. Check-in was quick and easy. My room was ready when I arrived. The bed was comfortable from the first night. I felt that the hotel was in need of a little attention. There was demolition work being done outside of the hotel, not the fault of the hotel but the noise did actually effect our comfort and sleep.
