Well located and fair price. It’s clean.

A nice few days in Quiberon

The staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and well kept. The location quiet even at the weekend and the parking was easy and ample.

Great place for quiet retreat

Staff is wonderful and all very helpful! Special thank you to Guillaume for his help!!! Great beach area for long walks and lovely views of the bay. Loved the little pizza place at the campgrounds across the street. Really enjoyed the balcony. Very quiet area too.

Not a criticism just a suggestion. Fluffier towels and pillows would be excellent. 😘 You really need a car to get around from this location.

Very good place in Quiberon

Clean and shiny studio, not far from the beach. The studio includes a balcony, where one can sit and eat. the kitchen is small, but for us it was good enough. The staff is friendly and helpful. Recommended.

Tranquility, safety and beautiful beaches.

Quiet and comfortable studio, with a nice balcony that gives you some extra space. Everything spotless clean. Great location, in a tranquil area, close to fantastic beaches. Family atmosphere, helpful and friendly staff. Undercover parking. The building is not exactly the most stylish, but the inside is better than what the outside reveals.

The kitchen area was very small, hardly any workspace: you have to use your creativity to make it manageable. Poor WiFi, practically unusable. Lacks gardens and common facilities. No sea views (as advertised).

Et bien , presque Parfait .

La taille du studio , le balcon , la mer au loin . La tranquillité du lieu , sans oublier la chaleur agréable lorsque nous sommes arrivés ,car il faisait très froid à cette période . Équipements en général . Lits très confortables et propres . Et sans oublier le parking !

L'ascenseur en panne . Mais cela arrive ! Et nous avons géré . Surtout mon époux Pt être qu'une douche serait la bienvenue . Je ne lève plus la jambe aussi aisément qu'avant !!

Le calme (l'immeuble était presque inoccupé), la situation en bord de mer, la literie.

L'ascenseur était en panne pendant tout le séjour. L'appartement étant situé au deuxième étage, personne à la réception pour nous aider à monter et à descendre nos bagages. Le radiateur de la salle de bain en panne le premier jour et le manque de puissance du radiateur de la chambre

Personnel extra, chambre spacieuse moderne, propre, literie super confort, sde bain moderne.

Chambre toute relookée neuve et spacieuse, Confort literie, Salle de bain avec baignoire moderne. Espace cuisine , placard et un portant à vêtements. Pas de bruits: on a enfin dormi dans un hôtel.

Une résidence au calme et bien tenue

Séjour très agréable, tout est très bien organisé. Personnel au top, toujours prêt à rendre service. Propreté irréprochable, la résidence est bien tenue, très calme. La situation permet d'aller faire de belles balades sur la pointe du conguel. Les chambres donnent sur l'arrière de l'hôtel Sofitel, comme indiqué dans le descriptif, mais cette fois il n'y a pas eu de nuisances contrairement au dernier séjour, où des travaux étaient en cours à l'hôtel.

Emplacement à 1 mn de la côte Le lit, la petite table pour manger en amoureux :) L'accueil, le personnel Les places couvertes au niveau -1

Côté acoustique : le vrombissement du système de ventilation de la thalasso Côté vue : le manque de vue sur la mer (2e étage) à cause de la thalasso Terrasse sympathique mais même problème.

La propreté, plus grand que prévu, lumineux, silencieux . La situation près de la thalassothérapie . L’accueil très chaleureux

La vue sur le parking, mais c’était bien expliqué à l’avance donc pas de surprise… et la mer est à moins de 150ms

Formidable ! Nous reviendrons

Réceptionnistes adorables et très réactifs en cas de question ou besoin d'aide (réglage TV) 3 mn d'une plage. Très proche du Sofitel pour Thalassothérapie 30 mn du centre ville à pied Quand on vient par le train, prévoir un taxi en amont. Situation très agréable et une baignoire appréciée !

Aucun problème . Juste la bouilloire à remplacer (ne fonctionne pas et on a oublié de le signaler) et mettre une cafetière filtre.

Super séjour, pratique, agréable et propre!

une bonne surprise ! - emplacement à qq pas de la mer et de la thalasso, à 20min du centre ville qui est trop bruyant l’été - bien entretenu, appartement quasi neuf et bien équipé. salle de bain de bonne taille - personnel très agréable et arrangeant notamment sur les stockages de bagage lors de l’arrivée / départ - parking très pratique pr une prochaine fois - service boulangerie fort agréable le matin à commander la veille

- certaines chambres peuvent être un peu bruyantes qd on ouvre les fenêtres avec l’aération de la thalasso, mais on s’en doutait ;)

Le studio était très peu équipé (par exemple seule une poêle pour cuisiner pas de casserole) et sentait le moisi (pas de fenêtre dans la salle de bain et absence de ventilation).

Pratique et suffisant pour quelques jours

Sur Booking les chiens sont notés comme autorisés, cependant une fois réservé vous recevrez un message avec toutes les informations nécessaires pour l’arrivée et le séjour ainsi que des informations sur les chiens (max 25kg et supplément de 10€ par jours à préciser à l’accueil)… je pense qu’il serait bien de le notifier avant la réservation. Mon chien faisant 27kg l’accueil a accepté car je n’avais pas été prévenue mais j’ai tout de même dû rajouté les 10€/j qui n’était pas prévu au départ !

Location, propriété, accueil

Logement propre et très bien situé, à seulement quelque mètre de la plage et très proche à pied du centre de Quiberon. Une équipe très sympathique et à l’écoute. Rien à redire, je recommande fortement ☺️
