This is a very impressive-looking and well-equipped hotel with a wide range of facilities: however, if you are only passing through for one night on a walking holiday many of those are surplus to requirements.
It would have been good to have a bottle of water and a drinking cup in the room - simple things I found in every other hotel on the trip.
The staff were helpful in recommending a nearby good value place to eat.
Extensive and excellent value breakfast included in the price.
See the comment above about the lack of a bottle of water.

We stayed on the ground floor.
The couch in the room was extremely uncomfortable. The food choices at breakfast could’ve been a little better.
