Great location withing the fortress, perfect for our re-enactment weekend. Breakfast very nice both days.
Rather wiered shaped room, no electrical points for phone charging by the bed. No extractor fan in windowless bathroom meant the room got very humid

Tea and coffee and a fridge in room was nice. Bed comfortable. Good breakfast and friendly hostess. Thank you.
Bedhead and bath under the slooping eaves were awkward.

The room was very nice and the staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely building and location!
We ended up staying in off-peak hours as this wasn't very clear on the website. The museums were closed and the restaurants had limited hours.
