Excellent location. 5 minute walk from Plaza de España tram stop.and easy to walk to major attractions. Huge bed. Silent air conditioning. Friendly helpful staff. Good breakfast selection if a little pricey.
Hotel states rooms are sound proof but they are not. There may be sound proofing between floors as we had no noise from rooms above or below. But we could hear snoring and talking frome rooms eithet side.

It is I. An excellent location. The rooms are reasonably quiet and very clean. Staff were pleasant.
The bar is not available to guests due to hosting external events. There is no tea/coffee-making facilities in room, nor complimentary water.

I was sick during my stay and staff was kind and attentive asking for my health. That had no problem to add extra water and breakfast to my room.
Poor service and decoration for being a four star Vinci hotel. Cafeteria is closed during midday hours! Was expecting more.
