I recently stayed at your hotel with my son and, unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. When we checked in, we requested a room with air conditioning, but the reception staff informed us that air-conditioned rooms were not available, which we accepted. However, when we went to the room assigned to us, we discovered it was already occupied by other guests.
This was quite inconvenient and made us feel uncomfortable. We then had to wait to be moved to another room, which added to the frustration. Overall, it was a terrible start to our stay, and I hope the hotel can improve its room allocation process and communication with guests to avoid such issues in the future.

once you find the entrance the check in staff was friendly. the room is large and was clean and the bed was comfortable, but we missed a panel in the ceiling. they surely forgot it after doing some work. Breakfast was ok but the room is noisy and the check out staff was just ok, friendlisness doesn't cost money.
