    Hotel Rating I stayed for one night on 16 August 2026, and the temperature was around 30°C. I was also carrying two large suitcases and two hand-carry bags. * Air conditioning (as described in the booking): 5/30 — luckily, it wasn’t blowing hot air * City view (as described in the booking): 5/30 — only a view of the fire escape * TV: 0/10 — not working * Room security: 1/10 — the window could not be closed properly * Room brightness: 9/10 * Cleanliness: 10/10 * Customer service: 8/10 * Car park security (basement parking): 10/10 * Access to the car park: 3/10 — inconvenient to walk to collect the car * Location: 7/10 — very convenient, right in the city centre Overall: 4.14/10 Total price: ***— *** for the room + £12.83 for parking.

    The hotel was in a great location. The staff was friendly. We didn’t have any issues. We were able to pay an additional cost for parking, which was cheaper than the parking garage.

    The hotel is very basic and not totally clean. There is constant noise throughout the night from inside and outside the hotel. The bed was very hard and the pillows were awful. There was a kettle but no cups, teabags or coffee. The only good thing was the underground carpark at 15€ a night. Not in a nice location though it is walkable to the centre.
