Everything; Staff. location, comfortable, and very clean
Because you are in the center plaza. It could be a little loud for sensitive sleepers, but I loved every bit of it.

The location was amazing and the staff was wonderful -- friendly and helpful. My Spanish isn't very strong, but they met me more than halfway. The room was not especially large, but it was tidy and gave us everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and economical.
There was no A/C in our room, which was fine for us but other people might find it to be an issue. One night it was a little warmer than we would have liked. We kept the windows open, which allowed a nice breeze. I guess the downside of that is that there was no screen on the window, so bugs could get in although that was not a problem for us.

The location was excellent
The bed was small and had a single sheet even though it was meant to be a double. The bathroom was old fashioned. The choice of either noisy air conditioning or the sound of partying in the square outside till 5 in the morning!
