Can not fault this hotel, the staff go the extra mile to accommodate.
The booked suite was not what we expected and asked for a room change. We were downgraded to a standard room.
On speaking with the reception staff we were shown another 4 rooms and given a choice.
We chose a themed room, after 2 nights in this room we got up to a flood in the room.
We were upgraded to another themed suite which was exceptional.
The hotel is deceiving, looks small from the outside, when in actual fact it’s massive.
Would most certainly book again if back in that area of Spain ,
