It was exactly what we needed, a wonderful break in a great location with so many wonderful local restaurants and all amenities

Staff was extremely helpful and nice and the room service was just excellent! The cleanininess of the room was really amazing.

What could be improved is the selection and quality of food for breakfast.

The hotel is very clean, quite close to the sea, and at the same time very quiet and peaceful. There is no loud music, and the hotel is very comfortable. The breakfasts are delicious and varied.

The worst part of our stay at this hotel was the attitude of the receptionist. In particular, the person who was working on the morning of July 28, 2025. We approached her with a request to extend our stay at your hotel for another five days, as we had seen available rooms on your website. However, she told us there were no available rooms and no possibility for us to stay longer. After that, we asked her to call a taxi so we could go to another hotel. She said she would order one and told us to wait five minutes. We ended up waiting for an hour and a half. During that time, I approached her four times asking her to check on the status of the taxi, but she refused to help, saying she didn’t know when the taxi would arrive and that she would not call the taxi company. Therefore, I kindly ask you to pay attention to the professional competence of this receptionist, specifically the one who was on duty on July 28, 2025 in the morning. Her attitude significantly damaged our overall impression of an otherwise wonderful hotel — one that I would have gladly rated with the highest score.
