Eix Lagotel Holiday Resort

Yeah mit was nice but not much choice in Vegetarian hot food

Room was too tiny

I really enjoyed the peaceful location of the hotel. The beach was about a 10-minute walk away, which was very convenient. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was good overall. It wasn’t anything extraordinary, but there was a decent selection and it was a nice way to start the day. Another big plus was the parking situation — we could always find a parking spot in the area around the hotel.

On Saturday, there was an event happening in front of the hotel, which was a bit noisy. It could be slightly disturbing for guests who wanted to go to bed early or simply enjoy a quiet evening. Apart from that, we had a pleasant stay and there wasn’t much else to complain about.

The location and spaciousness and the beautiful landscape and the comfort.

The loud nightly entertainment that I wasn’t aware of beforehand. I would have liked a front facing room so the noise wouldn’t have been so bad. I acknowledge that a lot of guests were entertained by the nightly shows and that I am a minority but it was every night and often even after the show had ended

The outdoor areas are well maintained and the 3 pools available are nice. Also it was nice that one of the pools was adults only. Free parking on front of the hotel without any issues.

The room was not as clean as we would expect, especially having in mind this is 4 star hotel. When we checked in we found a lot of bugs in the room like mosquitos, spiders and around the toilet it was even like 10-15 super small spiders all over it, so we had to do a thorough cleaning, which is not acceptable to me. Also the floors were not clean enough. We had breakfast included, which had good amount of options but overall nothing special, food was not of great quality. Overall, the hotel does not look like a 4 star hotel - I would expect much more for a hotel that is advertised as such, so we were a bit disapointed.
