Room not as expected, stay somewhat disappointing

The area is quiet, away from the traffic of Łeba. Breakfast is excellent and carefully prepared. The on-site parking is very convenient.

I am a Booking Level 3 Plus user, so this is certainly not my first reservation through the platform. In over 15 years I have never left a negative review, but unfortunately this time I must make an exception. The room assigned to us was completely different from the one described at the time of booking: small, stifling, located in the attic with a sloping ceiling that forced us to bend down to avoid hitting our heads. Even sitting on the bed required caution and was stressful. The bathroom had no shelves to place personal items, so we had to leave everything on the floor. There were not enough hooks for towels (they added one, but it fell off almost immediately). When I pointed out that the room did not match the description and asked for a solution, the hostess was unwelcoming. She insisted that the room was exactly as described, but it is easy to verify even now that it is not. Instead of apologizing or trying to make our stay more comfortable, she suggested that we contact Booking and find another place to stay (impossible the 15th of August). I would like to point out that the reservation was made back in April, well in advance. She also said that we should have called beforehand to get a description of the room — advice I now pass on to anyone considering booking here, to avoid unpleasant surprises.

Perełka na Łebskiej mapie turystycznej

Świetne miejsce na nocleg w Łebie, idealne dla osób ceniących spokój i ciszę, mimo że miejscowość jest bardzo turystyczna – obiekt położony jest na uboczu, około 30 minut pieszo od stacji kolejowej i plaży, a tuż obok znajduje się piękne jezioro Sarbsko. W sezonie kursuje autobus zatrzymujący się w pobliżu co 1,5 godziny, co ułatwia komunikację. Pokoje są czyste, zadbane, a standard w pełni odpowiada cenie; dodatkowo na gości czeka jacuzzi, sauna sucha, grill, altana, hamak oraz miejsca parkingowe. Ogromnym plusem są darmowe parawany plażowe oraz możliwość wypożyczenia rowerów w atrakcyjnej cenie. W okolicy znajdują się sklepy spożywcze i zaprzyjaźniona knajpa z pysznym jedzeniem. Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługują świeże i pyszne śniadania w formie bufetu z lokalnymi i rzemieślniczymi produktami oraz niezwykle miła i pomocna obsługa, dzięki której pobyt staje się jeszcze przyjemniejszy. To zdecydowanie jeden z najlepszych noclegów w Łebie – świetna lokalizacja, komfortowe pokoje i doskonały stosunek jakości do ceny sprawiają, że z przyjemnością wrócę tu za rok.

Mogłem zostać dłużej, żałuję że tak krótko zostałem :)

LAWENDOWY ZAKĄTEK PRZYJAZNY DLA PIESKOW POLECAMY.

Wspaniała właścicielka , bardzo miła. Lubi pieski , pyszne śniadania, coś na słodko też się znajdzie, owoce, ekspres do kawy. Jest sauna i jacuzzi. Miejsce parkingowe .

Nie było takiej rzeczy i sytuacji. : )

Leuke rustige plek om te verblijven, natuur en toeristische attracties dichtbij

Het ontbijt was uitstekend, uitgebreid, vers en afwisselend. Zeer vriendelijk personeel.

Inrichting was redelijk gedateerd, maar maakte het verblijf er niet minder om.

Bardzo mili i dbający o czystość apartamentu właścicie. Bardzo dobre i obfite śniadania czyniące pobyt w dobrym stosunku do ceny za pobyt. Dla klientów ośrodka zniżka na obiady w pobliskiej restauracji. Możliwość wypożyczenia rowerów oraz skorzystania z jacuzzi, sauny oraz grilla. Polecam.

Warto :)

Obiekt położony przy jeziorze Sarbsko, z dala od zgiełku miasta. Do centrum Łeby ok 3km. Właścicielka miła i bardzo się stara. Śniadania smaczne. Klucz do drzwi głównych pozwala na powrót do pokoju o każdej porze nocy :). Jacuzzi i sauna (przy gorszej pogodzie) w cenie. Można wypożyczyć rowery a swoje przechowywać w garażu.

Pokój raczej w wystroju starodawnym. Uważam, że ręczniki jak i pościel powinny być białe (pościel bawełniana lepiej sie prezentuje niż pościel z kory). Dla tzw. oka można by sie zatroszczyć o większy ład w garażu i zadbać o roślinki przed domem :).

Отличный отдых по очень хорошей цене

Встреча при заселении, подробный рассказ о том, что можно посетить. Мы воспользовались рекомендацией и прекрасно провели время. В номере есть тарелки, бокалы, чайник и холодильник. Крела-качалки, деревянный шкаф с интересными узорами. Даже картины на стенах. Всё создаёт уют. Приятный презент в номере. Очень вкусные и разнообразные завтраки, каждый из трёх наших завтраков был с чем-то новым. Блинчики очень вкусные. Фрукты на выбор. Девочки очень быстро приносили новые блюда, если что-то заканчивалось. Сауна и джакузи.

Не было уборки номера.
