Incredibly beautiful setting, the pool is great and the staff were very friendly.
Great breakfast, a lot of variety whilst retaining a high quality.
Highlight was the BEAUTIFUL beach club.
Amazing staff there also, with a magical setting and the ease of taxi timing organised by the hotel was so helpful and definitely worth the additional cost.

The facilities, especially the pool area and the Panoramic views across the bay towards Portofino are outstanding. The staff were so helpful and excelled when discussing issues relating to travel, room service etc.
Our only issue that needs resolving is the outdoor terrace Breakfast. There should be a designated area for smokers, so guests can enjoy the fabulous views, without smoke drifting their way while eating. Ask the duty manager for a smoke free table.

Historical building with elegant charm, remodeled, up to date, and very clean. Fresh flowers, delicious breakfast with complimentary Prosecco and fresh squeezed juices, with homemade breads and pastries. The spa and pool were kept extremely clean. The staff was positive, happy to help, and very professional. Everyone from the door man, receptionist, wait staff, spa attendants, general manager were all kind and happy to do their job.
20 minutes walk to the main city area but we just stayed and ate at the hotel so not really a problem. The food was delicious at the hotel.

The quality of the personnel and overall level of service truly stand out. When you book a 5-star hotel, you expect a certain standard-and they deliver it exceptionally well.
The room was comfortable and well-appointed, while the breakfast was generous and genuinely delicious.
The SPA, concierge, and transfer teams are all highly professional, creating a seamless and enjoyable experience throughout the stay.
