The rooms were large, light, modern and clean and the staff were really helpful, I asked to change rooms since the first one was a little too close to street level to be comfortable and they had no issue. The shower was also great and location for Recoleta is excellent.
The room at street level had no privacy and what sounded like a serious leak behind the bathroom wall. The new room was much quieter but lacking details e.g. the remote had no battery, there was no bathmat. Also when we returned late at night it was almost impossible to get back in the front door. Breakfast was dissapointing, especially the coffee on tap - there was an extra charge for a capsule coffee. I feel this hotel needs some maintenance and attention.

Great design and views
Everything was great. All TVs should have streaming services though.

The staff, the room, the location, the view and the breakfast were all great.
The key cards continually demagnetized, requiring trips to the front desk multiple times per day to get new keys.
