The room was clean and they kindly accommodated for a baby cot to be ready when we arrived. The staff were super kind, especially the restaurant staff! The location is perfect, and the pond outside is soooo lovely!
Unfortunately I had booked this hotel for the spa and massages and they were closed on day 1 and fully booked on day 2…

This lovely place is a 10 minute drive from the airport, and the shuttle is included. It was far enough outside of Budapest to have a spa getaway feel, and the pool and jacuzzi were very nice (didn’t try the sauna). Restaurant had a good buffet for lunch and breakfast, and a very diverse and delicious dinner menu; was a charming stay.

The variety of vegetarian foods
The noise.. I couldn’t sleep because of the noises in the garden
There was a spider in the room
The small lakes in the garden were dirty
The small coffee area at reception workers and some of the receptionist were hostile (e.g I ordered coffee and pie so they brought it with out spoon nor fork and she was asking in a very strange way if I needed a fork and I answered yes so she just ignored and I waited for long time then went for another person to ask for a spoon that she gave after she rubbed the spoon with her fingers to clean it !!!!!!!! I’m not sure if this was kind of racist behavior as I’m wearing head scarf or this is the way they handle customers!!
