Excellent stay at Rursee. Great swimming pool
The location of the hotel is perfect. Great flexibility to us, offering 2 rooms, not far from each other, as we needed. The breakfast was rich and quality food, good fit for a family. The bathrrom was very functional and convenient, in both rooms. The restaurant downstairs is certainly a plus, including the view to the Rursee. The parking space including charger for electric bikes is a nice plus.
The constructions on the road in front of the hotel, at the time we visited, was a small nuisance. Fortunately, the hotel did inform us upfront, including the avoiding route to access the hotel. There could be more and larger shared areas, for the guest to gather together or spend some time. The single existing TV room is small and quickly overcrowded.

Great location
The pool was beautiful and the room was a great size and very comfortable.
The shared areas could do with modernising. There was a lot of building work, which is not the hotels fault and we knew about beforehand. Would love to come back when it’s all finished as the area is jaw droppingly beautiful

Pleasant stay, nice walking trails and good breakfast
Good location, easy access to the National Park and the pier, beautiful view overlooking the lake. Quiet at night. Clean room with fridge and tea facilities. Hotel breakfast was exceptional with smoked salmon, cold cuts, nice bread etc. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
The whole hotel ran out of hot water supply without any notice one late afternoon but the staff got it fixed within an hour.

Beautiful location, good restaurant, fair price quality ratio, no sauna, try to get a room away from the elevator.
Location is beautiful. I also liked the restaurant, both for dinner and for breakfast. Restaurant staff was nice.
They do not have a sauna, even though they advertise with it on Booking. Bed could have been more comfortable. And my room was next to an elevator, which was a bit noisy. It was not too bad during the night luckily. The price was fair though.

Provided exactly what I needed as a solo bike traveller: safe storage for my bike (they let me use the basement), a good
Spacious room with a comfy bed, balcony and view over the lake. Great dinner and breakfast.
Very minor comment - decor is a bit dated.
