Wonderful stay with very friendly staff
Very friendly staff, who put effort into making sure that guests feel welcomed. The room is very clean and spacious, with temperature control on the radiator. Gluten free bread was also provided without a problem at the breakfast when asked, and the dinner is also very nice at the in-house restaurant. We also really liked the spa facilities. Parking is also very conveniently located at the front and back of the hotel. The hotel is also perfectly located for visiting the Eiffel park, and also Monschau (with car).
Pillows were too soft for us, and it would have been nice if a kettle is provided in the room.

Very good
We had a large room, which was great. The staff is friendly, we asked for vegan and glutenfree at breakfast, which was foreseen, this was great.
We booked a king size bed, but got 2 seperate beds put together, this was a pity The food at the restaurant was a disapointment, all dishes with a lot of french fries and meat and hardly any cooked vegetables (other than some salad) But we discovered some good places to eat in neigbouring villages
