Elevator missing. Not ideal when you have lot of luggage.

Overall, we made do and the staff were lovely but we wouldn’t be able to recommend unfortunately and wouldn’t stay here

The staff were really friendly and there was an option for breakfast

The main issue was the walls and door were not sound proofed at all and the noise picked up in the afternoon and late at night with people checking in and out and coming back from night life - this disrupted our sleep hugely. The room did not have a good standard of cleanliness, it did the job but the shower appeared unclean and there was dust in numerous places. The bed was also very firm which was uncomfortable. We didn’t mind this but there is no lift so if you have mobility issues I would advise against.

We booked a room for 2 people. Comfortable space, bathroom had sliding doors, lockers and cupboard. location was great as we had good connections to all important places of visit, through tram bus and metro.

No lift and there is a spiral shaped staircase. Difficult to move up if you are carrying luggages. In the bathroom there could have been more quantity of soap or gel.

I can talk about what I didn't like, because that was the most obvious thing for me. An amount was debited from my credit card as pre-authorized. When I arrived at the hotel, they told me that I would have to make a new payment and that the pre-authorized amount would be canceled. That was two weeks ago and I haven't received the money back. I was at the hotel and was treated very poorly by a very rude and ill-mannered woman. I sent an email and, after much insistence, they told me that this was the procedure and that I would have to wait. No one could explain to me why we had to pay twice, because all we had to do was use the pre-authorized payment amount. Anyway, I hope to get my money back!

THEY CHARGED ME DOUBLE OF BOOKING

They charged me the DOUBLE of the value of the booking. I only saw it today and thank god I’m still in the city and will go there to understand but the service was terrible. I very angry at this value. they were rude all the time, they didnt clean basic stuff (like a cup of tea of the own hotel in our room stayed used until the last), they said we needed to leave the keys of the room (which were actually keys) in the reception but our safe wasnt working (and they entered the room even if we didnt leave the keys so we stop leaving them). The stars, reception and whole building stank. Also the building was passing through a renovation (and staying in an construction is not that pleasant) and the fire alarm rang each moorning at 9:00 am and at night randomly.

Brilliant location & helpful staff. There were 2 good metro lines within a 5 minute walk. The area felt safe at all times of the day & night. Check in process was quick & easy. We was kindly upgraded and given a lovely room on check in. Staff looked after us well & allowed us to keep our luggage in the luggage room & use facilities whilst we was waiting to travel back. Great hotel for a city break. Highly recommended!

Do not stay here!

I recommend to stay in another hotel in Paris. We had to re-book to another hotel after one of four nights. The main reason was noise in the room which made it impossible to sleep. The hotel staff told us that multiple guests had complained about the same noise. In addition, the room was poorly equipped, the beds were way too hard, and the rooms were not particularly clean. We discussed the situation with the hotel staff who told us to contact the hotel manager to see if we could get a refund for the last three nights. We have experienced very poor service after we left the hotel, the manager has only replied to one of our e-mails. We have sent multiple e-mails to sort this out, without answers. It has now been two months since our stay there.

Great location, hotel and staff!

Far exceeded expectations! The images don't really do full justice. The room was lovely and clean, the bed comfy and the staff were welcoming. The best part was the bathroom, modern space with a large rainfall shower, plenty of hot water and great water pressure. The location worked perfectly, a 1 minute walk from a metro station which takes 5-10 minutes to reach the centre of Paris. Highly recommend this place!

Very clean and beautiful room. Location is great with easy access to buses and metro. Some nice restaurant and shop nearby.

The staircase is horrible especially if you have big luggage to carry. We couldn’t adjust the heater in the room and it was quite cold sometimes.

the floor in the room was very dirty, lots of hairs and crumbs, the toilet and sink were dirty and there were no bags in any of the bins
