Free Wifi, Had working appliances

Didn’t receive a key when entering, was stuck outside for 40 minutes upon arrival. Shower was leaking, floor in the bathroom was cracked. No toilet seat.

Perfect

I really didn’t understand why people gave that low score to this hotel because almost everything was perfect. The staff was incredible. They were so kind. The location was so good, the cleanliness was also good

We faced a problem about an alarm. Because someone was smoking at 06.40 and 9.30 in the morning. It’s not okay. But It’s not hotel’s fault ofc. Also a little minus about an elevator. There was no:) But it was okay

Horrible experience

Nothing satisfy my expectations except the friendly reception staffs who say "Bonjour" in the morning and "Bonsoir" in the evening.

Our room is on 3rd floor. We need to climb up the narrow and steep stairs to reach and our room. Also, the facilities in the room are horrible. Firstly, the toilet door can't be closed because the door edge has decay and expanded. Also, the toilet keeps flashing sound around every minutes, we can't sleep well at night. Secondly, none of electric socket near the table which placed coffee machine and electric kettle. If you want to boil water for a cup of tea or make a coffee, you need to move that kettle or coffee machine near your bedside drawer to get these appliance to plug-in the electric socket. Thirdly, the Wi-Fi didn't work stable. The Wi-Fi suddenly failed at night and there were none of any reception staff on duty. The what's app number provided for asking help doesn't exist! If you have any inquiries or request, you will not find anyone to help, even simple request as replacing a broken hanger.

Really unhappy about this property!

Nothing, absolutely nothing! Except for the 2 staff at the reception nice and polite

The room and the toilet were full of MOLD!! From the toilet was coming everyday, constantly a deep smell of sewage throughout the room, so beside breathing this unbearable smell we had to breathe mold all the time!

A BAD CHOICE

Very clean

Horrible check in. Outside the door the phone number to contact reception was wrong. We, another guest and myself could only come in when some other guest got out and let us get in. There was no one at reception. The lights in my room didn't work, only the one in the bathroom was working. Only one sheet on the bed, the second one missing. A very bad experience that I'm trying to forget

Location on the map - easy access by public transport, entrance itself is tricky regarding safety though.

This is my first negative comment for over 100 stays via Booking.com Unfortunately I can’t rate this hotel experience any higher as I was charged double for the room - and the final price I paid doesn’t match at all the standard. This hotel has zero staff so be careful as no one answers and no one will show up to help you. I was stucked with their self check in machine and forced to pay AGAIN after booking com already charged my card. I sent them several kind messages asking to clarify it, called them for the number that always says “ doesn’t exist” and send an email to a contact that you receive in their automatic message. At this point they had more than a week to get back to me - zero contact. I warn everyone who doesn’t accept to pay and expect absolutely zero human being service or interaction possibility. It’s a ghost place that if sth goes wrong you have zero support. The entrance in the evening is with many tricky looking people standing around and just waiting for you ti get out or in as then they can easily come in without any control. The stairs are really strap so be very careful with any luggage. There is no elevator and several floors.

good location and good place to stay for couple of days

The property is fine but nothing special. the main entrance didn’t look too safe as the doors looked broken. There was a beeping sound coming from the reception area each day and it was annoying to hear that sound while trying to sleep.

nobody came to clean the room, at least they could have take the trash out.

One of the employee was friendly and spoke great english

The bathroom was extremely too small, not clean, the light wasnt working. The matress of the bed was like from the crime scene with blood stains and bedbugs. The whole area of the room was very dirty. Also the manager was uncooperative and didnt want to solve the problem.

I must recognise I was sceptical at first, reading all the negative reviews. I must have been lucky since I haven't encountered any bad things. Location near the Metro and bus station. You can easily access all the main intrest points. All good afterall.

Wonderful stay

I liked the hotels proximity to the station(Porte De Clichy) and also its location( close to tourist attractions and the airport). To get to the Louvre Museum costs €4.20 both ways by metro 14(direction- Olympiades and then another metro 7 at Pyramides(direction -Villejuif-Lous Aragon). To get to Charles de Gaulle Airport costs €5.00(you take the metro 14 to Chatelet Les Halles and then take the RER B to Aeroport Charles de Gaulle). It's also surrounded by restaurants, and shops. The room was cleaned daily and had toiletries like soap, tissue paper and clean towels. The hot water was also consistent. It had a fan and heater. I mostly spent the day touring the city, it offered a comfortable place to sleep.

The room was smaller than I expected, I had expected it to be small from the reviews before I booked but it was not what I expected. There was no space to move around. The whole space was covered by the bed. The bathroom was also very small and was difficult bathing inside. The staircase and walk way was also narrow.

Much worse than the rating would suggest

No toilet seat on the toilet No hair dryer not just in the room, but in the whole hotel The lights blink annoyingly in the room, as if something was wrong with the electricity No fan in the bathroom, once you take a shower, your room is going to be super wet, since the door to the bathroom has a huge hole instead of a window It literally takes around 5 minutes for the warm water to come to the shower if you're lucky. If you're not lucky, it takes 7 The alarm of the hotel sometimes randomly turns on

Price wasn’t great, my door key was broken per the staff, I couldn’t get in my room without front door guy to let me in, he wasn’t always there, and no one was at desk at 9-10am when I checked out I had to leave a note and my key at front desk and hope for the best, not very professional

Good but not amazing

Great en suite and comfortable double bed, short walk to the metro to get into the main city. They let me store my luggage earlier in the day before checking in later on which was nice. Good for a short stay for the price.

24/7 reception but not always someone physically there. Not sure if language barrier (English), but a little rude staff. When I checked in (much after 2pm), I was told to wait so they could clean my room, which they hadn't done yet (?). Standing fan in room was broken. Noticed the room light flickering. Kettle was nice to refill water, but a mini fridge would have been helpful, as well as a bedside lamp. Was put on the ground floor so just a simple key (not a keycard), and I could hear everything from my neighbour's room. Not sure what "24/7 security" (anyone can come in from the street, all the access doors are open, and reception often empty. Had to communicate through phone to check out and was told to just leave key on reception (there was a stack of keycards that were left there unattended).

Great price/quality rate

The room was super clean and perfect for a short stay at Paris. Everything worked and the bed was comfortable. The personal nice aswell. The neighborhood was okay and the hotel is quite close to subway or tram stations.

The room had to be 10 sq.m. under the description of reservation, but in fact it was at least 5 sq.m. It was impossible to open the door to the room; each time when I was back to the room I was forced to call the personnel. In fact, the personnel has refused to resolve this issue.

The location was okay. Bus stop and supermarket nearby.

There were no hot water in the hotel, and I was not informed about it by the staff, so it was too late to find another place to stay (Paris on Saturday, yeah). The coffee automate on the ground floor doesn't work. TV in my room didn't react on my attempts to switch it on. Seems nothing works in this hotel.

Everything was absolutely rubbish, Staff were very rude, unhelpful, hardly see them.

Was absolutely catastrophic, bad experience, the hotel and staff took my enjoyment during my visit to Paris. Disaster disaster doesn’t go there if it was free. There was no hot water for entire my stay they lied to everybody as they said they would fix very soon but it was a big lie. Star was dangerous as one of the traveler was slipped. Some do keys don’t work at all. Unsafe hotel with very rude staff

As tourist which need only bed to sleep it was good. Location not far from the city centre. The room was clean.

We came at 4 pm and 1 lady was waiting for receptionist more than 2 hours. It is terrible.We got 2 rooms and 1 magnetic card did not work at all. So we need to find somebody to open the door. During 3 days no reparation and I mean that this problem of room 15 is longer. No warm water at the shower. Reception and the space near with table and chairs it is no comment. It is Paris extremely high prices with very low quality.

For short stays it's a good price and the bedroom was actually nice.

The lobby was dirty and it even had spiderwebs. The room was way too hot when I arrived and there was a problem with the lock, so I couldn't even get in without help every time. There was a fridge in the room but not even a water bottle in it.

The lock to my door wasnt working by magnetic card. Only it was option open from key by stuff 🙏🙏🙏 but rest was OK.
