La résidence offre une magnifique vue sur la mer. Le logement était équipé du nécessaire. Terrasse aménagée et équipée d'une table, parasol, barbecue. La piscine est plus que splendide. Il faut néanmoins savoir que l'accès aux résidences est en pente donc il faut avoir de bonnes jambes. Afin de ne pas gaspiller la nourriture non entamée qu'il vous reste après votre séjour, il faut savoir que vous pouvez le laisser pour les futurs résidents ou bien les femmes de ménage, ce qui est agréable.
La hauteur du lavabo dans la salle de bain, présence d'une baignoire au lieu d'une douche dans le logement occupé.
