Loved the kindness and the courtyard.
Maybe a little change up in the breakfast options.

* The location was excellent, with restaurants nearby that were open and convenient.
* The breakfast was very complete, although I would have appreciated more fresh fruit and berries to add to the yogurt.
* The room we were moved to was spacious and modern.
* The staff kindly accepted a package on my behalf at no extra charge.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay at this hotel again.
Upon arrival, I was given a very small, outdated room that was completely different from the one I had booked. When I raised my concerns, I was told that the room I had originally reserved was occupied, and only then was I offered an alternative. This left me wondering whether I would have been expected to stay in the original room had I not spoken up. Fortunately, the hotel was able to resolve the issue by moving us to a larger, modern room.
However, it seems that most of the hotel’s rooms are older and do not match the renovated rooms shown in the Booking.com photos. Be careful when booking, as you may end up with a completely different room from the one you expected, and the difference can be quite disappointing.
