Warm Welcome and Great Service

We got to the hotel quite late at night, but they had already arranged the check-in time with us in advance, so everything went very smoothly. That really helped a lot after a long day. We had read in other reviews that the service here was great, and they were absolutely right. The front desk staff spoke excellent English, and communication was easy and relaxed. A big thank you to the staff member working last night — you were so kind and welcoming. After a tiring trip, it meant a lot to be greeted with such warmth and efficiency. We really appreciated the help and the smooth check-in. It made our evening so much easier.

Good hotel

great location, close to city's main tourist attractions. The room isn't very spacious, but it's comfortable and clean. Good breakfast.

It's impossible to take a shower without getting the whole bathroom wet. The parking lot is a bit far away.

Great small hotel in Dijon in a quite location.

A nice hotel in historic Dijon. The breakfast room and small in-hotel bar are perfect. The room itself was very nice - clean and very quiet. We didn't hear noise from the street or from other rooms. The bed was very confortable. Our breakfast was good with great pastries and breads, charcuterie, yougurt, great hard boiled eggs, lots of hot coffee and tea, and juices. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The best! It is in a nice location on a quiet astreet, a 10 min walk from the the train station. It is very close Les Halles and all of the restaurants around it. We will stay here again the next time we're in Dijon!

Great hotel very close to the city center & pedestrian area in Dijon. The staff was super helpful accomodating our requests really nicely! Room is sufficient for overnight stay, good quality of the beds, well maintained. Nice modern bathroom. Easy parking on the street (Red zone, easy to use with Easypark) Super easy to reach the city center and visit the key areas. Quiet room on the courtyard side and with A/C

Halles Hotel

Great catering staff found the receptionist a little sarcastic and initially unhelpful when asked about private parking which was indicated on site, turned out a 15 - 20 minute walk humping all our motorcycle gear back to hotel because parking outside was for dropping off only. Private parking turned out to be £11 a night allegedly with armed security , turned out totally unmanned, cameras obviously newly installed still had the wrapping on obscuring the cameras 🤣😂. The underground carpark had automated entry/exit gates so reasonably secure ! No coffee or tea making facilities in room not even water. Great location for restaurants/ bars and breakfast was lovely.

Lovely value for money hotel.

Stayed for 1 night. Staff were very friendly. Hotel was well decorated, clean, good location, only 10min walk to the main old town attractions and beautiful architecture and bars. Managed to park outside on the street. Room was basic but clean and comfortable. Would stay here again.

We loved how close it was to the train station, about a 5 minute walk, and close to old Dijon about a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Arrived early so they had facilities to hold our luggage. The room was big and very nicely appointed. Everything was very clean, the room and the bathroom. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved everything. Just wished the breakfast was offered a little earlier, 6:30 instead of 7:00 as we had a very early train to catch.

Staff at the hotel were outstanding during the check in .They covered all our needs and ensure we were well informed about everything. Cleaness of the hotel was excellent as well Hotel was full but still quiet so we had a good rest after 8 hours driving

Maybe the breakfast could be better, I missed olive oil for my bread and better coffe. Wasps were anoying outside

Disappointing

Our air conditioning never worked for the three nights we were there. It was hot and not having ac made it tough to sleep. We told management, and the very nice young man said they were having problems with the system. They did allow us to use their patio when we wanted to have a picnic lunch, which was nice.

Comfortable, quiet and accessible hotel close to the Les Halles market

The room was quiet and comfortable. It was not large, but it was value for money. The staff were friendly and could not have been more helpful. The breakfast was tasty and offered lots of choice. We arrived by train and were able to step straight onto a tram and off at Goudrons-Les Halles stop, only 3 minutes walk to the hotel. The hotel is also close to the restaurants around Les Halles.

I would have preferred a more substantial door between the bedroom and the bathroom. It was a sliding door that was loosely attached and swayed outwards. It also tended to slide partially open by operation of gravity after I closed it.

Exceptional

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I am very thankful to the late evening gentleman at the front desk (with wavy hair and sorry I didn’t get his name) that he was kind enough to call me to check on my arrival and make sure he would be helpful for my late arrival the next morning when our train trip was cancelled and my partner and I had to take a 10 hr bus ride to Dijon. Thank You!

We arrived late and they even waited for us until midnight

Definitely a top hotel to enjoy beautiful Dijon - most recommendable!

This rather new hotel (still) offers an outstanding price-quality ratio and we really recommend it, for its excellent location (5 minutes walk to reach the beautiful old town and also the suggested Parking "Tremouille"), service, comfort, and tranquility.

Pleasant hotel in a quiet but central location

The location was good, just outside the pedestrianised city centre. The room was a decent size, nice bathroom and shower, although had to ask for more toiletries and the towels were not of great quality. Did not have breakfast so cannot comment on that. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was a bit cold, visited in november, the radiator heating could have been a bit better.
