BLUESEA Aloe Corralejo

Nous avons aimé notre chambre. Très propre. Très spacieuse et lit comfortable. Le personnel au bar/restaurant (Pedro, Cobi, David, Gonzalo…) très sympathique, serviable, souriant et accueillant. Les animateurs (Alba, Ruben…) très accueillant et mettent l’ambiance. La réception (Antonio…) très accueillant et à notre service, toujours souriant. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour comme habitude. A l’année prochaine

Hotel was excellent for families with children , Room size really spacious beds comfortable enough, I was in family room on my own . Hotel happy to provide extra towels/blankets/ bedding/ toilet /roll.. The slides were a great hit with my grandchildren and lots of other children holidaying there, slides were always supervised .All pools were good size and checked daily for correct chemicals temperature etc . staff attitude were excellant&always friendly and helpful with any queries/issues , staff who work there worked really hard non stop and always had a smile for you. Small overpriced shop on site Food presentation always looked good , Food area always clean and being cleaned . Self service for hot drinks and water only Great if you got a bargin price for staying here. Taxi into town between 5-10 euros per trip

The location is good 30mins walk into the strip, no bars or shops outside Hotel Only seen poolside area with slides cleaned once during my 11night stay my room was right by it , cannot comment on other pools. Hotel and outside areas need a good clean standards were not great. Hotel is tired looking , however work was going on to improve things , I personally wouldn't return, The price i paid for my stay was overpriced and ridiculous , However if you were on a tight budget and wanted to make the most as a family then this place is for you Food flavours could improve, only ate twice lunchtime and evening meals , breakfast was about the better option . Snackbar was a hit with grandchildren, hotdogs and hamburger and lots of pastries fruit , Beer ok and you could purchase branded named spirits if you found local spirits offensive and cheap. Eco cups used 1euro each purchase that got back with your white receipt at end of day or visit. Definitely should be rated as 2starplus. I have stayed in 3star before and no comparison.
