Secrets Bahía Real Resort & Spa - Adults only - Hyatt Inclusive Collection

Relaxing, well-maintained. Good beach access. Spa

Very little buzz or social interaction. Most guests content to lie by the pool. If you like that type of holiday, fine.

Breakfast is lovely and abundant. The staff are wonderful and attentive. The spa is amazing, especially Monica and Julia! The indoor pool is my favorite! Love the hotel bar, staff, and live music in the evenings. Parking is on the street, so good luck! The air conditioning is fantastic and an absolute bonus. The only problem really was my girlfriend is terrified of insects, and she had some small cockroaches in her room. I had one, but I just murdered it and got about enjoying my stay! This hotel is my go to in Corralejo, and I'll be back soon! Oh, and thank you for the complementary water in the room! That helped so I could make my tea in the morning and enjoy my beautiful ocean view from the balcony.

I know it's just a problem that hotels have but the bugs in the room kind of sucked

Resturants and food was fantastic, the hotel offered a lot of space so was not crowed anywhere, hotel staff were very helpfully and friendly. Room was good.

Bathroom was good however the toilett was much too small, too low and too narrow, difficult to reach the toilett paper, was wrongly placed, I would have preferred a sand beach entrance to the ocean water.

The Hotel feels very spacious, breakfast had a good selection set in a comfortable space with a pleasant setting. The Hotel was very clean & tidy & felt very light & aired. Reception staff were very welcoming with the exception of one person.

We felt the overall atmosphere was very serious & felt as though we had to whisper whilst around the pool. We felt like we were not welcome by other guests as we were clearly more “current” in our approach. One female member of Staff at Reception was very “offish” appearing as though she really didn’t want to be there, this was a low start to our stay. On the plus side the young Porter was happy & helpful.
