Not bad for Corralejo! Reasonably well maintained. Tired in some obvious places but plenty of plus points.

Good location next to Corralejo and also easy to reach other key spots in the island. Nice and big rooms with comfortable beds. Staff very attentive. Breakfast was amazing with very vast choice
A bit dated facilities, hotel would need some renovation overall but in particular the common areas like the pool and the SPA overall

The gym was very good, the room was very well cleaned every day the staff were super friendly
The entertainment was very poor, there was only one bar open at night which was at the foyer in the hotel. We weren't told that the other bars were closed.
The use of two single beds in the room which weren't even connected was very poor when I had requested a double bed at booking.
There was no coffee dock or snack facilities which I would expect in a 5 star rated hotel. I realise there was a sit down area at the foyer but nothing more casual.
