Stayed here as a couple, very close to the strip within walking distance but not close enough to be disrupted by noise. Location is great to enjoy albufeira. Supermarkets and food restaurants close by.

We've stayed here 4 times in different parts of the complex. Wec recently were offered a one bedroom duplex apartment but unfortunately the smell of stale cigarette smoke and a really bad smell under the sink made me move rooms. Although the rooms are spacious and clean certain parts of the accommodation are really in need for refurbishment. The soft furnishings are dated, as us the furniture. Some of the beds are extremely hard and give you an extremely sore back. Luckily the room we moved to the beds were ok. The bathrooms seem more modern. All the rooms are different layouts. The ground floor rooms in my opinion are better. The studios are spacious but they can be cold in the winter months. I'm sure you something simple could be done to semi partition off the bed area with a sliding door or something similar. They do allow groups of same sex here and I have witnessed loud drunken behaviour, they do take a €100 cash deposit if each member of the group and I don't blame them. The pool and gardens are kept clean and tidy. There is a bar but unfortunately the drinks are too expensive so nobody was using it. If they lowered the price and did happy hour offers like all the bars and restaurants in the area I am sure it would make some sales.

A group of 6 of us stayed for 4days and 3nights and had the best time. We arrived at the hotel at 1pm and one of the rooms was already ready which was ideal as we could all drop our bags and begin our day. The location is ideal, less than 3mins to the bottom of the strip of the new town and close to a bigger supermarket and the beach The hotel could use more sun loungers and policing of Poole leaving towels and heading off for the day The snack shop is quite expensive as it was 10.90 for a vodka slushie and an icecream but the hotel is very agreeable if you bring your own alcohol and snacks to the pool as long as it’s in plastic containers The no noice policy is also a bonus as you don’t have a gang of people with speakers playing all sorts when relaxing by the pool, compared to other hotels you can actually chill and chat The rooms themselves are spacious, the bathrooms could do with an upgrade especially the shower and changing towels/bedding especially in the much warmer months. Overall we had a great time, I would recommend this hotel for a women’s/men’s short stay, not necessarily for families as there’s very limited things for kids which makes it ideal for an adult break
