The location, the property and grounds were stunning, giving a wonderful feeling of tranquility. The staff were very friendly, and the dinner was excellent. Maria on reception served us a drink from the bar, after we checked in.
After Maria left at 2pm, nobody was prepared to serve us any drinks at all between 2pm and 8pm when the restaurant opened for dinner. We have stayed in many hotels, and never before come across this. Guests should surely be able to buy drinks at their hotel.

The setting of the property is lovely, being in the countryside.
The apartment we’re stayed in had lots of appeal but was cold on arrival because it rained and although there was ample lamps, the room remained dark

Staff are very friendly, very unique location and place with the animals
the facilities in the room are very outdated, the shower was flooding very quickly and the rooms are very dark as only lamps are available.
