The 2nd night was better as hardly slept because of loud talking on 1st night in next room

The only thing was heard next door talking loudly until 1am. Need to think of more soundproof

A good night stopover if the airport hotels are not available.

Nice welcome upon arrival and simple check in. The room was nicely decorated, pleasantly warm and suited my needs well. I chose the breakfast included option on booking and found the breakfast to be good.

Not as good as it used to be.

We love the location of this hotel and have stayed several times. The room has always been comfortable but the room we had this time was very tired and in need of a good refurb. Nice big bed though! Molly’s Bistro is great and staff are lovely and most welcoming.

The breakfast was poor and serving staff a bit unwelcoming. Told to choose a table upon entering the room, but didn’t get offered tea or coffee and had to go and ask for it. Dishes started to pile up on table and were never cleared away until we left, noticed staff would wait till diners left before approaching tables to clear. Annoying!

A very good "emergency" kind of stay!

Everything went well. Booked room 2 minutes before arrival in Aberdeen on the train from London, due extreme wintry conditions, as was unable to get home (10 miles away) as no buses, taxis or even private cars on the move. Was given an apartment in the next building for the same price and had a great breakfast the following morning. All very comfortable and quiet room, with large bathroom, kitchenette and lounge attached. Slept very well. Most welcoming on arrival at 2330 hours.

Could not get hot water in the kitchen or the bathroom to come even warm - but the electric shower was excellent. Luckily there was also a kettle for the apartment - so all was well!

We loved our visit to Aberdeen, loved murals on the building. Duthie botanical gardens worth a visit

Location was good. Easy access to bus station ,shops and restaurants. Breakfast was okay . Room was clean . Bed was huge and comfortable.

Window wouldn’t stay up. Room was very hot and no way to regulate heat.

Good value for money but not what we booked

We arrived at the hotel and were told we were actually staying in an apartment around the corner from the hotel which we didn’t book, this wasn’t ideal as we were on a weekend away with another couple and I think you should be made aware of this before arriving

The apartment was very dark no natural light and first thing in the morning there were some very questionable smells
