    Basic hotel but great value for money. Lovely comfy bed, good quality bedding and towels. Great location and super friendly staff. I have stayed here a few times and can’t fault the hotel or the people. Looking forward to my next visit. 😊

    The hotel's greatest asset is it's location, right next to both rail and bus stations for incoming travellers. Not aware if car parking applies. It was very clean and adequately met my requirements without being exceptional but represented good value for money. I would likely use it again. The booking source for me (Agoda) didn't appear to state that there is no breakfast option, it seemed like this was a fairly recent innovation but being so handy for transport options meant this wasn't a major deal. I thought it slightly unusual to have to ring the doorbell to gain entry initially, however receiving your own external doorkey at check in meant this didn't affect the stay that much. Value for money I thought, the shower was among the very best I have ever experienced and in some cases, in alot more expensive hotel chains. It did overspill the cubicle however after just a few mins usage and the ensuite bathroom floor was briefly flooded. An overall 8 out of 10 from me

    If you have luggage try to avoid this hotel. No lifts and stairs are steep and long and winding. It's loud because it's next to the ferry port, bus goes in and out every time of the day, crowds noise every time because of the train station. The double bed is at best a super single. So it's a bit too snug for me. Floorboards also creaks. But the staff are very very friendly and doing their very best!
