Centre Point Sukhumvit Thong-Lo

The attentiveness of the staff is unbelievable. I want to commend them because the doorman went ordering DoorDash to the hotel unlike any other hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I go to the lobby pick up my items take them to my room. These guys would immediately upon receiving the item on their table, they would take it directly to my room by just my name and last name I cannot thank them enough for this little touch that met so much to me I have stayed at over 30 hotels in Bangkok in search of the perfect place to stay. I have finally found it. Thank you so much. All of my future states will be with you guys. Thanks to your customer service and amazing Property. I also want to share their pool was being remodeled and the swimming pool is a big deal for me when I go to Bangkok because it’s so hot lol however their Sister property literally next-door with the same name but a very fancy hotel. I was escorted by the staff of my hotel all the way to the swimming pool. It just felt extra special and I really did appreciate everything. Please keep up the good work service and customer service is the biggest reason for me to stop going to a place or continue going

There was nothing not to lie. Everything was perfect literally perfect. This is not the Hotel’s fault but I wish that they would do a crosswalk to get across the street because the traffic there is very busy however, most cars do allow you to go across the street. It’s the motorcycles you have to be careful for.lol

THe suite was great and very large, especially for its low price. I've stayed here before and will 100% do it again. Location is awesome!

Breakfast is a bit of a let down.

Unfortunately, during my visit, the pool was under renovation, which wasn’t disclosed at the time of booking. In saying that, the staff was very accommodating, shifting me to a quieter room and organizing a pass to the pool at the next-door hotel.

The room was spacious, with a good view.

When we checked in the evening of the 13th, we had to wait in the hallway for over 30 minutes. We could not open the door with our room keys. The lock was not functioning. By the time the electrician came and changed the lock, we were waiting for over 30min in the corridor. The bell boy doesn't speak English and it is a big negative as I had to go back to the reception to explain our problem and to ask the receptionist what the bell boy was asking from me. The bell boy tried taking away an envelope from my hand a couple of times but couldn't explain what he wanted. The same thing happened to us when we came back from dinner and tried to open our room but could not. We were again left to explaining to the reception what we experienced earlier in the evening. Again the second shift receptionist repeated the same procedure: sent the bell boy with out keys to check if he can open the door, and then when he failed, gave him the master key to try to open the door with that. Finally after all these tries she sent the technician, but she could hv saved us time if she listened to us and sent the technician immediately. They offered us free breakfast as a gesture of apology. They could not change our room that night in spite of the problem but offered to change our room the next day. There was no hot water available in the shower.
