Rooms bit small, not much room between bed and wall

Morning buffe breakfast is excellent, all kind of morning meals available. Staff are very friendly.

The breakfast was lovely, and the breakfast room exceeded expectations. Our room was comfortable after we changed it from another room.

I really didn't like the attitude of the man who checked my family and I in. I felt unwelcome and discriminated against for speaking English by the comments that he made to me. My family felt the same thing. He was impatient when telling me where I could park (I'd already paid for parking). We were put in a standard room with shower. I went back to reception to ask for a room with a bathtub - which I'd paid extra for. I was told by the same man that they only put pictures of those rooms on the website for advertising purposes, and they don't usually put people in those rooms (false advertising?). I politely requested that we be allocated the room I'd paid for in accordance with what is advertised online. He reluctantly obliged. It was unnecessary negativity and rudeness that spoiled the trip somewhat. We did not feel welcome.
