-Surprisingly good breakfast for a private accommodation – fresh and good quality
-Safe neighborhood, walking distance (20–25 min) to Rovinj center
-Supermarket and café nearby
-Clean room with fridge, towels provided
-Our room had no windows, only an exit to the patio – felt dark and a bit oppressive (better for a short stay than a longer one)
-Room style a bit dated (but working and well-kept)

Comfortable bed, air conditioned room with a balcony (great for letting swimwear and beach towels dry), hearty and healthy breakfast buffet, parking spaces right next to the property, reasonable price, optimal location (near a public beach!)
Payment in advance on booking.com would have been more convenient

Easy to check in, plenty of parking spots for free, the breakfast was great and the staff friendly. Close to the beach, took barely 10 minutes there. Can also walk to the city in about 15 minutes. Highly recommended place to stay!
Not much to complain about... The room wasn't that sound proof, you heard people in the hallway and on the terrace outside. But there were no annoying people during our stay so it didn't matter.
