Location and comfort of the bed.
Toilet was so small, we could barely have a shower. Also there’s no lotion or any amenities in the room. When did we stop doing the basics for the guests?

Basic Nordic hotel with a good breakfast. Kind of funky but it's clearly an older 80's-90's hotel where the lobby and rooms have had a face lift. Quiet, warm and next to the conference I attended.
Small, basic rooms. Fairly well laid out but typical Nordic budget hotel fare.
