The spacious room and associated facilities.
We stayed at the Kronenhoff for four nights to visit Addo National Park.
The first dinner was excellent, and the service was also excellent. Next morning. Breakfast was served on time.
On Saturday, breakfast was supposed to be available at 6:00 AM. At 7:00 AM, the staff still had to arrive, and we left for Addo later. That evening, during dinner, we had to wait a long time for our orders.
On Sunday morning, the restaurant turned out to be closed. We had booked breakfast, but left for Addo without going. We weren't informed beforehand that the restaurant was closed for breakfast. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast at Cattle Baron in Addo National Park. We did not receive any money back from Kronenhoff for breakfast.

Rooms and breakfast
My experience at the property was generally good; however, I was disappointed with the service from staff. When I returned to my room, the top part of my charger was missing from the plug. When I enquired about it, the housekeeping lady insisted there was no charger, as though I was mistaken. I am certain it was there when I left in the morning — there was a power outage from 06:00 to 18:00, and I left it plugged in intentionally since I wouldn’t be using it. This was the only aspect of my stay that I was unhappy with.
