Location was perfect, we got lovely upgrades rooms and the manager and staff were lovely
Service at the bar was a little slow and even though we put the bills on our rooms we were harassed to pay before the staff member left! We thought this was very unnecessary !
We ate at the Chinese restaurant and the food was not great

What a delightful time we have had in this hotel. We were allocated a big airy room in their new wing, with amazing views over the Nile and a decently sized bathroom. The whole hotel environment has been clean and tidy with multiple restaurants to choose from. The staff have been incredibly friendly and attentive, from the front desk to management to waiters to the pool attendants. And the location is ideal for access to all temples in the Luxor area as well as the airport. I'd certainly opt to stay here again on a further visit.
Our room was located in a new wing. We willingly accepted that there may be a few snags, which is what the management wanted us to feed back. As a result, some minor details were fixed during our stay. And perhaps the only 2 small points we forgot the make is that there are deposits of grout on base of the toilet and the shower still sprays a bit onto the bathroom floor. But these are really minor details and we wouldn't mark the hotel down on this.
