Hi I have been a guest many times in this beautiful hotel , the choice at breakfast is absolutely delicious 🤤, the location is very good , the staff are all very smart , professional and friendly, nothing is a problem, and it’s fantastic value for money , I had a wonderful stay , I’m arranging to go again in October , Frank Conway

It’s was brilliant

The hotel is in a good location on the corniche riverfront.The manicured grounds evoke a certain nostalgia,interspersed with attractive restaurant and terraced settings.Some of the staff are very service minded and friendly,while some are rude.Breakfast can be enjoyed on the tranquil patio with some lovely blue eyed cats who roam the grounds.

The bathroom was smallish and showerhead did not work properly.Rude old waiter at the Italian restaurant,I am retired and find being referred to as "boss"rather low class,something you might hear from a teenager at a fast food joint.Trying to hail a taxi,a horse cart driver kept pestering me after I repeatedly declined,the doorman stood there and did nothing.Finally I had to take my luggage and walk away getting a taxi further down the corniche.

From the moment I arrived, I knew I made the right decision booking this hotel. The absolute highlight for me was my room's lovely balcony,sitting out there surrounded by lush, beautiful plants was the perfect way to unwind. The entire property is super clean and well-maintained. The staff members are extremely friendly, always greeting you with a smile and going out of their way to help. On top of that, the food is more than decent with great options. But the real showstopper is the swimming pool,it is right on the Nile and offers the best view ever! Highly recommend staying here!

Terrible food - definitely catered to bland European tourists. Ordered the mezze thinking I would get authentic Egyptian food but I wouldn’t wish their hummus on my worst enemy. While the lobby was cute, the rooms were dated but I guess you get what you pay for.
