Loved this hotel! Great staff, spotless, amazing breakfast, hotel
is so spacious and is walkable to downtown. We had a beautiful view of the castle, especially at sunrise!

The size of the room, massive bed. Location was ok, an easy walk to the waterfront.
The airconditioning was quite loud

Location and service was great. Everything you need is close. Parking was easy. Staff is friendly and helpful especially the bartender in the 5th floor adult only pool.
Room was a little bland. No artwork or coziness. Maybe it's not a custom in Europe. Bed was hard not very comfortable. However everything was functional.

The room was big
It felt like we were in a large hospital for aged care.
The place has no ambience, it’s huge with just empty corridors, the cafeteria like restaurants lacked any ambience.
It just did not feel like a hotel.
