Good and comfy communication with staff. Top roof appartment with view on Lissabon Cassle, which is in walking distance, also 15 min walk to Avenue of Libertado and other good location. If you rent a car, parking is hard but we managed to find it every day within 2 to 5 min walk.
The plumbing needs fixing. Main queen or, may be bigger size, bad is fine, but foldable sofa is old and unsuitable for sleeping if you have more than 2 people to stay. There are some wooden bulks dig into your ribs while you're lying down, and part of the sofa slides away.

דירה מרווחת עם מקרר גדול ומטבח רחב, יש הרבה כיווני אוויר טובים (אין מזגן), מרחק הליכה סביר מהמרכז.
זמינות של בעל הדירה לא הייתה הכי טובה, המון מדרגות בבניין לעלות לדירה (ומדרגות בשיפוע לא נוחות במיוחד), לשומרי שבת נדרש קוד אלקטרוני בכניסה לבניין. והמיקום עצמו הוא בתוך הודו הקטנה (הרחובות הצמודים מלאים בהודים). אין מזגן זה חשוב ביולי (יש מאוורר).

Skvělé místo kousek od metra a tramvaje č.28, krásné výhledy, poblíž bistro, restaurace a dětské hřiště. Dobře vybavená kuchyň, v apartmánu je k dispozici pračka a žehlička.
Nevýhodou bydlení v centru je ruch venku na ulici, podkrovní apartmán se rychle zahřeje, nicméně všechny místnosti mají alespoň střešní okna a větráky k dispozici. Je třeba počítat s horší přístupností bytu, do posledního patra vede úzké strmé schodiště.

Cleaness
We requested bedsheet and towels reaplacement as well as the floor to be vacummed. The staff responded quickly and did all as requested but new towells were stained again
