PLease take good care of the house key. In case of Lost, the guests must pay Php5000 for replacement of the whole key set and installation cost.

Please conserve Electricity. Kindly TURN OFF the Lights when not in use. DO NOT LEAVE ANY VALUABLES BEHIND !

No illegal Activities allowed, No LOUD PARTIES allowed that would disturb the neighbors.

Our stay was very pleasant. Unit is well kept and furnished with really nice pieces. Location is perfect as it sits in the middle of the city - sky ranch/grocery/commute terminals/food streets. Unit owner is also very friendly and accommodating. My family enjoyed and we'll definitely come back.
