Clean and well equipped room. Very good breakfast, at a great location.
Staff was a bit grumpy in the evening and in the morning.

Clean room, comfortable bed, good selection of TV channels. Very good breakfast. Ironing board and iron available.
Difficult to get into the hotel. I had not received the key code in advance.

Location was great. Just downtown of Ostersund. Close to the bust stop bound to the airport and also to some spots like restaurants, etc. Crew was absolutely amazing - talkative, suggestive about things to do. Also breakfast: so rich, delicious and full of options. We didn't expected so delicious breakfast after get very tiny room. It was much better than in some branded hotels.
Generally room was hyper small. Of course, nothing surprised according to informations on the Booking page. But anyway, we had a problem to open 2 carry-on luggages. No even a bootle of water in room (we arrived at night, without options to buy it outside - we needed to walk to the hotel Comfort to buy something in the bar).
